No Guaranteed Results

We work to improve credibility, clarity, lead flow, follow-up, visibility, and growth systems. Marketing and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, client responsiveness, offer strength, budget, sales process, platform rules, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, ad performance, timeline outcomes, or business results unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Proposals, Payments, And Scheduling

Project pricing, deposits, payment schedules, subscription terms, retainers, cancellation terms, renewal terms, and late-payment terms will be defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Work may be paused if required approvals, access, content, assets, feedback, or payments are delayed. Deposits, completed work, setup fees, strategy work, audits, and reserved production time may be non-refundable unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, required access, approvals, brand materials, legal/compliance review where needed, and any required rights to content, images, data, testimonials, trademarks, or third-party materials they provide.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing final work before publication and confirming that claims, pricing, offers, policies, and regulated statements are accurate for their business.

Third-Party Platforms And Tools

Websites and growth systems often rely on third-party platforms such as WordPress, hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, advertising platforms, CRMs, payment processors, automation tools, email services, AI tools, and other software. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, privacy policies, platform rules, availability, and limitations. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, data loss, price changes, account restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Content, Intellectual Property, And Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Think or Stink retains rights to our pre-existing processes, frameworks, prompts, templates, code snippets, methods, documentation, know-how, and internal systems. Client-owned materials remain the client’s property.

Final deliverables, usage rights, licenses, and ownership transfer terms should be defined in the applicable agreement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, final deliverables are licensed for the client’s business use after required payments are complete.
